Ecology of Moscow urban agglomeration: problems and the ways of solving

The present paper approaches the current ecological issues of Moscow urban agglomeration, including Moscow, capital city Russia, and region as well ways in which these could be solved. In course research, there have been used system complex approaches, methods analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization, mental simulation, observation, comparison, statistical methods, visualization. It was noted that significant concentration population agglomeration leads to overflow acute problems on given territory. Currently, represents collective interrelated interconnected natural, anthropogenic techno genic components. Techno causes environmental pollution, such planning, industrial enterprises, power plants, transport, communication systems, domestic rubbish wastes, studied details. Also, comparison situation from one side, Netherlands, Tula Kursk regions other side. Then, transition search new way solving is done. As most effective problem reducing impact environment, were proposed: lowering migration flows into use renewable energy sources, non-waste technologies, construction recycling plants treatment facilities, liquidation unauthorized disposal fields, substitution combustion engine transport by with electrical engines.
